Any items purchased from the following shop categories are in stock.

In stock items are dispatched within 2 weeks of cleared payment on business days.

 

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

All items purchased from any category excluding the in-stock category are specifically made to order. It takes on average 14-28 days to manufacture these items unless specifically indicated differently on the item page. Manufacture of your item will begin immediately after cleared payment. Items will be dispatch within 24 hours on business days after manufacturing is complete.  No items are dispatched over the weekend. 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

All items are dispatched using express couriers, such as but not limited to DHL/FEDEX/UPS. Delivery times vary between 14-28 days worldwide. 

 

DELIVERY PRICES

Delivery prices on MIOMILLY are calculated by weight. Please add required items to your basket and your shipping charges shall be totaled up and displayed in your shopping cart.  

DELIVERY POLICY

In the event nobody is home when our courier attempts to delivery your item a card shall be left to re-arrange delivery. If delivery is missed again and the item is returned back to us you will be liable to pay delivery charges again.

Once you have chosen your item and selected your size, add the product to your Shopping Bag by clicking “ADD TO BAG.” To begin the checkout process, click “ORDER” under the Shopping Bag tab.
Here you can edit your shopping bag and review your purchase, then click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.”

  1. Login to your account or create a new account.
  2. Follow the instructions as prompted through the checkout.
  3. Complete the Billing information including the correct name, address and phone number of the cardholder as well as the information of the shipping address.
  4. Complete the payment information using a Credit Card.
  5. Review your order and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sales, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as well as the Return Conditions (after reading them).
  6. Press “SUBMIT”
  7. If the 3D Secure is activated on your card, you will be redirected on your bank’s webpage to authenticate the transaction.

The billing and shipping addresses on any given orders can only be modified before our team has processed the order. It is still possible for us to cancel or to change the billing and shipping addresses of an order before this one is being prepared. Moreover, it is not possible to change the size, regroup several orders, or modify the order contents in anyway.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible.

There are various options why your order might not have gone through such as your 3D secure, the country of origin of the credit card used (same country as website), etc.

If an error message appears after finalizing your payment, you should follow the indications. If the message contains a phone number, we insist you call that number.
